The work is made by mixing epoxy resin and acrylic colors.
The wooden base is treated with specific products to adapt to the use of acrylic colors and resin. Observing the work from different angles it is possible to notice a change in brightness due to the use of transparent resin as the last surface layer.
The work conveys to the viewer a sense of emotional lightness and disenchantment, highlighting the carnival mask in its most classic pose. The figure was created using a spatula and acrylics for color subtraction.
